@Gamundi08HND The Stop-watch effect is done by use of expressions. If you look around, videocopilot(dot)net for example there are a couple of tutorials giving you expressions for such uses. You could then build a white box around it and mess with the transfer modes so that your numbers appeared transparent more than likely. As for "opposition" with the loading bar, there are probably a myriad of ways in which you could do that. Fiddle around some and try to find out what works for you.

I am a filmmaker, I have noticed that you used The Foundry's AE plug-in Kronos and Camera Tracker. I wonder... what kind of camcorders or DSLR such as Canon 7D? Also, there is one kind of effect that I always want to learn how to used it (it is from 0:22 [stop watch time style] , 0:30 ["Oppostion" with loading with ||||||||] It is available in After Effect? Did you find that from tutorial? Did you download this kind of effect? Please tell me how. I let you know that I am Honduran.
