  • You mentioned olive oil as a healthy oil. While that may be true in room temperature, olive oil turns trans fat in heat because it's a highly unstable oil in heat so try not to cook with it. Apt for extra virgin coconut oil instead. Because coconut oil is a medium chain saturated fat, it's structure remains stable through heat.

  • She talks about that in a video called "Coconut is a super food".

  • Natalie, please do a video on Chinese food buffet items. Example: Which soup is best, hot and sour or egg drop soup? The purpose of the video would be to help a person to make educated food choices. I date mainly fat women that used to look good. We need your help.

  • 4:55 Did she just say "craming"?

  • The amount of calories and fat in these things are unbelieveble!!!! I'm not from the USA, actually I'm from the other half of the world and I am probably at risk of being overweight and I don't even eat foods as fattening as that! Well.... at least I think I am. Great video!!!! Very helpful!!!! :-) Thank you Natalie!!!!

  • I can't comprehend why restaurants would even think it's a good idea to prepare food this way. I guess for the proft: it tastes good and some of those fatty ingredients are cheap because they are more shelf-stable than fresh fruit and vegetables.

I wish you would have done this in an "eat this not that" style where you suggested healthier options.

  • @MandyT226 Also different pressings of olive oil have different heat stability. Extra virgin is best used at room temperature in salads, etc. not only because of the reason you mentioned but because it's the most fruity and flavorful pressing so it's best to eat at room temp. "Light" olive oil or not extra virgin is a better choice to cook with because it has a high smoke point so it's more stable and you can get the benefits of using a healthier fat.

  • @GatecrasherSlim it's our extreme portion sizes that cause something as simple as chicken and broccoli pasta to be so caloric. That and it probably has a rich cheese sauce instead of something more healthful like tomato sauce or a little extra virgin olive oil and garlic.

I have gotten in the habit at restaurants if I get pasta, I cut my portion right down the middle with my knife and only eat half. The other half is lunch the next day.

  • another reason it is great to be a man....we can eat more calories and not gain weight

  • @psychetruth im not from the USA but can you PLEASE tell me how you guys even make it possible to make "chicken and brocolli pasta" with more than 2000 calories? WOW.

The carrot cake comes as no shock, you say "one slice", it weighs a pound. Thats like... a whole cake in the uk lol. Nom nom nom nom

    xx

  • @spitoncat lmao?!?! you date fat women that USED to look good?? Dam youre a weird son of a bitch. lol :p

  • Your video's are really great. It is easy when you are so busy to go for convience but you can pay a big price! Keep up the good work!
