This e-mailer's blame-the-rape-victim mentality is disgusting. There have been rapists who specifically target young, "slutty" women and those who target elderly, "modest" women. More clothes does not mean more protection. Rapists are not looking for an invitation, they will rape any vulnerable woman, regardless of apparel. A burqa does not protect a woman from rape, which is why rape is not uncommon in Islamic countries. And in these countries, the rape victims are LEGALLY at fault. Disgusting.
