I also lived in Egypt 3 different time for over 1 year each time... Seen this dancing b4 in Shubra and Ameria areas lol... NEVER seen in it Port Said or Hurghada though. MISSING Egypt so very much and only been back to U.S a month.

yeah well you can see weird stuff in the shaaby parts, donno what exactly to call this... but definitely interesting!

this dance is danced by poor community in egypt and the moves they do is act at which the are holding a knife actually lot of ppl dance with the knives and stick

i lived in sayeda zienab for a year and i seen this alot... its loud there all the time even at night when ppl should be sleeping... i found living there that egypt is a a country that rarely sleeps.... but i would love to go back.

I have alot of Egyptian Friends and they DO NOT dance like that! LoL I think that this guys were just very drunk! (that music was so anoying by the way) :D

haha, yeah this is not really common, that's true :)
but osos1991 said it right, the poor communities do have these kind of bizarre "acting" dances - and i don't even think they are drunk...
the music IS really bad, and i had to listen to it ALL NIGHT there, argh...!
