  • I must say that I am so glad to see a video of this Preacher. He is one of two preachers that I along with my friend Bishop Curtis Shaird would drive 60 miles or better to go and hear. When He would come to Springfield MA we would go to dinner after service and allow him to drop some spiritual nuggetts on us. I wish I could get some DVD or CD's of his sermons.

What an annointed Man Of God.

  • Rev Durham used to put it down . His anointing was powerful, awesome and amazing and the truth! He fed his flock every Sunday!!! HIs teachings sustained me many days. On eof my personal favorite was when Rev Durham would preach...."got to have a set back in order to have a comeback". Love Him!!!!!!

  • Pastor Durham was straight vicious. HE WAS AN ANOINTED MAN OF GOD WHO NOT ONLY KNEW HISWORD BUT LIVED IT. I MISS HIS VERY MUCH, BUT I KNOW HE DOESN'T MISS US BECAUSE HE IS WITH THE KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORD. IF YOU GO TO THE MT. SINAI BAPTIST CHURCH OF WASHINGTON DC THEY HAVE HIS CENTENNIAL SERMON SERIES. AND IT IS STRAIGHT LIKE THAT.

  • Rev Durham baptized me in 1979. He was an awesome teacher of the Word. Anyone have any other recordings?

  • Dr. Durham was an inspiration to me as a young child growing up in the D.C. area. He used to preach our Spring revival every year during the 1980s. If he didn't have a photographic memory I don't know what to say.

  • I see all the old DC COGIC old timers on the dais: Bishop Crudup, Elder Morrison, Elder Linzy and Mother Linzy and Elder Fred Morris. These folks were early saints at Kelsey Temple.

  • good idea

  • Go on and talk about it then!
