Dry mustard plus vinegar makes a great hot dog mustard, while mixing beer with dry mustard results in a hot deli-style mustard. Dry mustard and wine makes a Dijon-style mustard, and dry mustard mixed with water produces a hot yellow mustard like you get in Chinese restaurants.

  • @BHallBrowser I've never made mustard before, but I think you should corn starch to thicken it, adding more mustard would probably result in a hotter flavor. I like I said never made mustard before, it was just a thought :)

    Is that how you get rid of the liquidy quality? Should you add more dry mustard so the mayo doesn't kill the spiciness though? I can't tell if this is a brilliant idea or dumb, def gonna test it out though.
