@nikiforkocov turbo boost is when the computer uses more power & ghz power so that your computer allows you run certain programs. Just think of a turbo on a car. The little turbo just helps the car gain a little more speed when racing or driving. It helps depend on what your using it for. Turbo is not needed when basic driving, but great for racing. In this case most computers come with turbo built in them due to our technology more advancing.
