Being a huge fan I feel sad not knowing who Barret played. I mean I forget which one was John Tracy. I'm aware of Penelopy being played by Sylvia-A, & the great & under-rated Shane Rimmer as the Bond-ish looking Scott Tracy. A shame the movie was so childish. If I were in charge. I'd do it with flash backs to the origins of I.R. with scenes of the Hood being involved in the Death of Mom Tracy. Perhaps the the Twin Tower mass MURDER would have been the catilist with as Tracy see's his parent die.

Aww, that's so sad. He was so many of my childhood heroes. Commander Shore, John Tracy... not the Evil Hood so much, but he did play the ULTIMATE baddie!! That's awful news.
