Super Mario World Kaizo Edition 2: Level 5

Level 5 of Kaizo 2.

Icy level. I screwed up the intended way to beat the level, but I played it my own way.

Over 500 freaking deaths on this one. First room was insanely annoying, but everything after that wasn't so bad.

i cannot get past the jumping fish/bullet bills part at 0:25

A trick I found after doing this level is that you can run/jump of the right edge of the grey platform while its still going up. That way, you can get down to the part with the jumping fish before the bullets fire, and it will also jump at that point so you can get past it before it starts "swimming" again.
