    Still don't get it. Why not use a lower weight? Or is it because the slingshot as an aid to help you through the sticking point?

  • @m00nshine2004 The Sling Shot is for increasing volume and overload. It's a training tool.

  • so your saying with elbows tucked and wide grip = internal rotation on shoulders.... i hop not
