@teknomogul Well, I doubt that Tokido was one of the best players in the world in 3S honestly. He was always good but he really stepped up his game to be part of the Elites on SFIV.

Think about this ladies and gentleman....you see that YSB was smart enough to use moves that even if Chun Li would exchange with...she would take the majority of the damage while he would take less.
Using the clap vs. her reach...any exchange and Tokido has to back down to preserve his health/stun bar...a chun's worst nightmare is when her poke game doesn't work against an opponent.
Tokido would only DARE try to out-throw Hugo....he'll only suffer for trying to do so.
