At least three dozen people were wounded in Monday's blasts. Police arrested five men for their alleged role in the explosions. One official said the attacks appeared to have been pre-planned. And said they may have been aimed at creating ethnic unrest in the region. There was no immediate claim of responsibility, nor has there been for Sunday's blast in Islamabad. At least 18 people-- most of them police officers-- were killed in that attack. Officials say security has now been stepped up in Karachi. But residents appear frustrated at the latest attacks-- one person said "we are living in fear already. Such kinds of blasts further aggravate our feelings." ___ ___, The Associated Press.
