Eli Roth is an American director, producer, screenwriter, and actor. Roth co-stars in the 2009 film Inglourious Basterds, directed by Quentin Tarantino, which includes a Nazi propaganda film-within-a-film called Nation's Pride which he guest directed. He is best known for creating low-budget, highly successful horror films like Cabin Fever (2002), Hostel (2005), and Hostel II (2007). He also wrote, directed, produced, and voiced two animated series, Chowdaheads (1999) and The Rotten Fruit (2000).
