Although some people believe that crackers only come from boxes, host Alton Brown proves that the humble cracker is vastly improved by a homemade approach.

"Now, once upon a time, the evil bakers used something like this *holds up old wooden cracker-poker-thingy while Dvorak's 9th symphony 1st movement plays in background*"
One thing I don't like about this episode is that they messed up the octaves of the 9th symphony... grr...

But still, we may not cook, but my father and I really enjoy watching this show.

i think that is the only time that i will disagree with AB. Poppy seeds do make u fail drug tests. happened to my mom and watched food detectives on food Network.

AB has proven over and over again the multitude of tasks of the simple pizza cutter. That said, I would suggest to review any other instance where AB utilizes the pizza cutter and ask yourself, could the accordion cutter be used? If you're answer is more than one, then it's obvious the accordion cutter is a multi-tasker.

I suppose!

Something that comes to mind is AB cutting marshmallows into squares with the pizza cutter (Food Network says this is in the episode "Puff The Magic Mallow".) I'm still not sold, though!

If the accordion cutter can be used in all pizza cutter applications save the actual cutting of pizza, doesn't that make it a redundant tool? I guess redundancy isn't evil in AB's kitchen.
