Play is legal. When attempting a pick-off move to 2nd or 3rd, the pitcher is only required to step directly toward the bag and disengage the rubber. You are not required to throw the ball. This would not be legal if the pick-off was to 1st because you can fake or feint a throw to 1st without first stepping off the back of the rubber. The infraction that many of you are referring would be BALK, not bock, bulk,or bawk. I beg you to learn the rules before trying to discuss them. Makes look bad.

I've been on second while this play was attempted in one of my own games. Based in what I saw, the fake to second didn't fake out the runner on third, there was too much of a pause. They tried to catch them napping to see if they were watching the runner on second but it didn't work
