@bauhausman the colour bridge should be handy for you as well other than that yes thats basically all a graphic designer needs.

printing is CMYK screen is RGB. and you need new ones every year as the colours fade and if the colour that's faded goes to print, it will be slightly off, and your client can sue. also new colours are added, and those may be needed.

When i use a pantone solid coat color (for example Red 032 C). It differs in screen when switching CMYK to RGB, or RGB to CMYK.. Which is the correct color when printing ?
