Wonderful vid. Love Youtube because of this kind of content...My homeboy was formerly bullied. He explained he was planning to get bigger. I didn't believe him. But then before long he packed on 40lbs of natural muscle. He used the Muscle Building Bible - look in Google. He does not get bullied any longer. :-) I actually registered last week. Excellent point however thats only if they use the basic bacc and fourth ginga, but capoeira does allow creativity, and the style in itslef is a hustle. The gingas rythm can easily but changed to throw the opponent off. Kind of like how in basketball the players cross each other up
