Okay for a Demo. If it was a real fight then size matters. Just watch some MMA to believe it.
When there is a huge size difference then submission seems to be the only way to win given poking in the eye, manipulation of small joints and hits to the groins, joints or the spine is not permitted.
Looks like Uke was faking it...a lot...probably because on stage short movements do not look good. It is better to make wide amplitude fast movements on stage like dancers.

i didnt know Wing Chun frist school train outsider of asia before this a fist time they train an outsiders but they didnt tech him all the move that good . ?

na das haste aber nett ausgedrückt , ich bin schüler von salih avci aber als er noch in der ewto war, und hab wirklich überlegt wie ichs schreiben soll ohne ihn zu kränken da ich selber halb bulgare bin und natürlich sympathien für ihn habe, aber der dicke war wirklich mehr n hamster als n bär

the demo is techn. o.k. but there is no drive in the demo this was more a techn. demonstration then a piece of real wing tsung , the other one was just big but he couldnt move if someone expects such slow attaks from the other styles and he is not used in defendig quick real attacks wich are ten times faster then this then he will find himself very fast on the ground,it reminds me a demo of a guy wich came into a mui thai gym and told the ppl about VC after that he went k.o.
