World Business: In his ground-breaking speech in Cairo, Barack Obama promised the USA would help any Muslim-majority country to support expanded literacy for girls, and help women pursue employment through micro-financing. We went to investigate one such scheme, which has been running since 2007 in the central Asian state of Uzbekistan and is aimed solely at women.
