The Jaguar XK is a beautifully styled sports car that also manages the rare trick of mixing an exciting drive with a quiet and comfortable interior. For that you can thank its superb suspension, the choice of two hugely powerful V8 engines and a slick automatic gearbox. The supercharged XKR version is a seriously rapid car, with its 5.0-litre engine producing 503bhp to allow it to reach 0-62mph in just 4.6 seconds. The convertible version shares all the performance of its coupe relative, but opens up the XK's interior to the sun.

  • We'll have to stop using leather on the dash now :(

The minute brummies think something is a distinguishing mark of luxury, the opposite is usually true. Shame, I like leather.

  • Porsche!

  • if I had the money, i'd buy an older XKR over any other.. sure the 911 is a better car, but this has so much passion and a beautiful design and a lovely roar... idk, I guess i'm more of a jaaaag man

  • @lcsxwtian Because many believe that they can be as spacious on the back as a 911.

  • youtube.com/user/Hilton205/videos check out my jag vid !

  • @homeboyskilletfresh no its not.. Its a Jaguar AJ-V8.. it is a Ford developed engine but Ford never used it in Mustangs... Ford did use it in the Thunderbird.. but the engine has been used by Land Rover and Jaguar only... it was kind of made for them.. I think that the range of that engine is somewhere between 4 to 5 liters... depends on where you want it

  • Is this the same 5.0L v8 in the mustang?

  • Why do they bother giving these rear seats?? People who own them will already have another, larger car. I was looking at the convertible version at a motorshow. I got in, slid the seat all the way back to my position (I'm tall) and it touched the rear seat. I said to the girl there "why does it have rear seats? look, those are useless!" and she said "you wouldn't have the seat all the way back that far". I said nothing more!
