Vance Gilbert's latest album is "up on Rockfield". Vance made this funny joke about this performance
being on a Wednesday....a "LOST" night...but the season episode was over, anyway. Otherwise,
you might of seen a 'black dude' with a cardboard cutout of his face, performing! You had to be
there to get the delivery & silliness of this joke & his demeanor. His songs were heartfelt, his demeanor
was easy going & friendly, & damn he was hilarious on the stage. It reminds me of that funny
class clown in school with an added talent - bleeding blues, folk & gospel. Check out his other 8 albums on his website.

Vance is amazing. I saw him open for George Carlin at the Music circus in Scituate , MA. He played this song and it was simply amazing.
