PLEASE READ! Obamas cap & trade nightmare

On friday at 3:09 am the dems added 309 pages to the already 1200 page bill. What ever happened to the campaign promise of 5 days before Obamas congress wrote a bill for all Americans to debate the bill and no less than 48 hours on the internet before a vote on the bill. Remember that? The Rep leader read some of the infringing and
controversial parts of the bill. This includes mandating that all states adopt the California buliding code. WHAT ABOUT STATE RIGHTS TO SELF DETERMINATION. This bill is unconstitutional! California sets on a fault line and the code is much stricter than most other states. A home buit to the california code costs more.It creates about 3 new bureaucracies, one of which must inspect all homes before thier sale. If they don't meet the requirements the bureaucracies make , they must be improved before they can be sold. If your windows don't meet the fed requirements, or you need more insulation, or to upgrade your appliances you must make that expense before selling. What about older homes that were built without insulation in the walls and have diagnal braces making it impossible to blow insulation in it.? EACH HOME MUST HAVE A ELECTRIC PLUG OF THE TYPE FOR A HYBRIDE IN THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE BY THE DRIVEWAY!
This is an assult on America. The three ways the average family creates wealth is retirement plans (in the toilet) home equity (which is the primary method most families have to create wealth) will be absorbed by the requirements to upgade homes in this bill, and savings which will be used to upgrade homes prior to thier sale. Your home will basically become worthless if this bill passes the Senate. Thursday on Glenn Beck a black man that knows president Obama said Obama is like a son of Rev Wright and wants to put every American on a level playing field. He said Obama hates white men in secret and he will try to knock them down to the same power base as minorities. This bill will go a LOOOOOONNNNNGGGGG way to make that happen. I can't authenicate what the man said but it was his words not mine. Makes you wonder doesn't it. The Republicans want to build 45 new nuclear power plants in America and close all oil and coal power plants but Obama won't let that happen. I wonder why. Oh yes it's the unions. Both fields are unionized!
We must stop this from passing the senate! Sound the alarm! My family has 2 houses that are worth in the neighborhood of $80K combined. If this bill passes they will be worth ZERO.

Obama said he would allow 5 days for the American people to review bills before handed to Congress...yeh, sure he will...it would take Congress more than 5 days to read this bill, not to mention the 309 XTRA pages!...just more transparency from the Transparent administration which reminds me of magic tape...we can see right through it! Hate the wealthy? Give to the less fortunate? "Even the playing field" ?

To even the playing field, we must "de-develop the USA" , redistribute the wealth globally (take your income) vis cap and trade and other measures. How does socialism look to you now? It's not taking money from the wealthy -- it's taking your money!

You cant prove anything you say. Stop trying to tax us to death, stop trying to raise our utilities, and then say " I will give you a subsidy so you can pay them." What??? Fees and taxes for the U.N. also?? Taxes on many things, and 40 million new "Smart meters" Whats wrong with the old ones? How much do they cost? and what about Reparations for third world countries?? Why should Americans pay just because we live here?? Many Amish dont pollute much, should htey pay??pay for decades???
