I love the idea of a Q&A and thank you for being generous with your time. I have a question and a topic suggestion; the question is: what size Kitchenaid Mixer do you use and what attachments do you have for it? and my topic suggestion would be one on seasonings, spices, vinegars and oils - what are the essentials for your cooking? The idea is that I'd like to hear more about flavors because it is so important when cooking italian style meals. Thanks again in advance!

Also, a question: I'm 14, and I LOOOVE cooking. I absolutely love your recipes, and I've tried a lot of them, like Soft Vanilla Sugar Cookies, your Homemade pizza, Chocolate Fudge, Brownies etc. I wanna buy a knife set like yours, but my parents aren't allowing me to. Is it appropriate for me to buy a knife set like that? And how durable is the set? :)

your hair it's incredibly long i wanna buy those mixer here in my country they sell them but they are sooo expensive it's like over a month of college

i was wondering what kind of pasta roller you have. i have been looking at purchasing one of my own but i have read reviews on a few of the more popular ones, but they all have some sort of issue or something that somebody is not satisfied with. one of the more common issue is stability on the counter. what do you think? any suggestions?

would you recommend a food processor more than a blender? I already have an immersion blender, but it can't crush ice...Also which brands would you recommend/do you have? xxxx
