This was recorded at the Macy's Passport HIV/AIDS event in 1997. You can find pics from this with T posing with Magic Johnson and Elizabeth Taylor. Zamacona Productions has the rights to the entire performance, but I don't believe they are issuing anyone the full video :( You can Google their site to see the same clip as posted.

Great stuff! It seems to be during the Wildest Dreams tour, when she arranged a set of 4 or 5 acoustic new versions of her own classics.I have the Dvd Live in Amsterdam, but The Best is performed in the usual high power way there.
