Yosemite Falls, Spring 2010

This year Yosemite has a above average snow pack, the first time in years. So get ready for a waterfall and river show the likes that has not been seen in years.


Starting out at dawn with all the birds signing we move onto Yosemite Falls where you can see how large it is already and it has not even been that hot to help the snow melt. Wait until we get a hot spring day.

Yosemite Valley is echoing with the thundering Yosemite Falls.

a few more questions if you don't mind - what time of year did you shoot your morning shots with the fog ? Did you any lens filters ? Did you use a wide angle lens in any of your shots. Lastly, was a tripod used in the yosemite falls pic (last one)

Appreciate your help. My family will be in Yosemite the last weekend of April and we are hoping to get some great footage.

Where in yosemite did you shoot the last waterfall shot ? Was that Bridal Veil Falls ? Amazing shot.
