Overseas and Military Voting (UOCAVA) is an obvious magnet to new technologies that test our abilities to innovate. Various new technologies now emerging and how they are coming into play with UOCAVA voting was the basis of this panel discussion which took place at the Overseas Vote Foundation's Fourth Annual UOCAVA Summit 2010 in Munich, Germany. Cloud computing, social networking, centralized database systems, open source development, data transfer protocols: these are all aspects of technologies that can impact voting from overseas, and they are doing so. Lovers of technology, this session is for you.
