What's the difference between tourmaline ceramic and tourmaline titanium?

just a heads up, if you're going to buy the tourmaline-ceramic blend, MAKE SURE it's not just a tourmaline coating. the coating burns off in just a few uses, so it's a waste of money. make sure the plate has actual tourmaline in it :)
