@ginawdab I have checked and searched every about Neji vs Sasuke even wiki.I mean I even found an interview blog of Kishimoto that states that if he were to put the 2 ninja in a battle it would be a close match but eventually Neji would be the outcome winner.Neji and Sasuke are both ninja of the village hidden in the leaves.Neji and the others risked there lives to save there comrade sasuke.sasuke is just a selfish bastard who just has the thrist for vengeance nothing else.

@skullfacehat Even in the NarutoWiki which states every fact in Naruto, it states that his susano'os arrow attack is near impossible to dodge because it moves at such fast speeds. And it seems so far that the only people who have avoid it were Kakashi and Danzo, Kakashi because he used kamui in an instant, and Danzo used Izanagi. Shino in one chapter states that Sasuke is above all of their level except Naruto's, because according to Kishimoto, naruto and sasuke are equals.

And kidomaru's bow is not fast, Neji just never saw it coming because the arrow was kept in his blind spot until the very last moment when neji could sense it and BARELY dodged it.

@ginawdab when u look at kidomaru's bow and sasuke's bow speeds it's pretty clear that kidomaru's bow is faster even at a further distance. let me remind u that Neji did in fact dodge kidomaru's bow.so its likely that Neji would be able to dodge sasuke's bow or otherwise parry it with rotation.as i said before danzo had released inzanagi before sasuke used his bow.danzo dicided to use the 1st hokage's wood style to change the bows path by a couple of inches just like neji did with kidomaru's bow

@ginawdab Neji vs Kidomaru:kidomaru used his spiders webs to stop Neji's rotation in the fight correct. take this as an example of amaterasu vs jyuuken rotation: kidomaru's spiders webs eventually stoped rotation but none of the webs penetrated rotation.the spiders webs were left on the ground in the shape of Neji's rotation none of the webs were touching Neji when rotation was finished. kidomaru's spider webs on the ground=amaterasu. easy enough for your tiny brain to understand.
