Senator McCain Pays Tribute to Neda on Senate Floor

June 23, 2009, Washington, D.C - Senator John McCain (R-AZ) took to the floor of the U.S. Senate on Tuesday to pay tribute to Neda Agha-Soltan, who was killed during a protest in Iran on Saturday. A video clip of the incident has become one of the most viewed videos on the Internet. "Today, I and all Americans pay tribute to a brave young woman who was trying to exercise her fundamental human rights, and was killed in the streets of Tehran", said McCain. "All Americans are with her, our thoughts and our prayers for her, her family, and her countrymen."

It's affiliates? Ya, it's openly advertised as government run tv geared toward recent actions that features floor debates so people can see some of what is being said. You get elected, you can get on here and there. No, they don't cover everything and leave stuff out even with 2 channels. There's a lot of crap in the bills to cover even beyond restrictions, especially when Obama wants a vote rushed on thousands of pages so it can't be covered, let alone fairly.
