Homebrewer & Austin Zealots member John "Cat Man" Catalano pours milled grains into his coverted 15 gallon keggle (keg turned keg - my term, not his). This was for his Italian Stallion IPA, a true hop monster! For the recipe see:

Cheers, hopheads!

  • are you making beer or bread? slow down on pouring your grain and stir frequently. Better yet, have one of the peanut gallery standing around stir while you pour the grain.

  • Gratulation, this will be a good beer!!

  • Nice cut on the opening for your keggle. Looks like the beginning of a great brew!
