I just got my new DVD recorder so I managed to get around to re-recording the Gran Turismo 4 BGM straight to DVD via PS2. All the tracks in this have been completely re-recorded and even includes tracks I missed before (GT Auto, Max Speed finish). I've carefully edited the tracks and increased the peaks too so they shouldn't be too low.

Putting it in HD won't make audio higher quality. Maybe 480p, but HD for one picture is too much.

@xan1242 Don't worry, I'm well aware of that. I only made the video HD size so it could stand out from my earlier uploads which were cheaply done in Movie Maker. Even with the compressed audio, it still gives you a clear idea of the improvement from the PCSX2 capture.
