this is cool, 1 thing though. at the beginning there is a problem with your 'deadlift'. either you have HORRIBLE form OR you are doing slightly altered stiff leg deadlifts. its an excellent exercise(even what you're doing) but its not targeting the upper back how a normal(say Romanian) deadlift would. what you're doing targets the lower back. sorry to be a troll, its just a reoccurring thing i see, especially on youtube. good luck with your gains and programs.
