My dad was born in 1971 in phnom phen so he was just a kid when Khmer rouge invaded. He told his dad was killed by them.

@argybargyandagro History, or specifically humans have already repeated history many times. Wasn't WW1 called "the war to end all wars"? Repeating history goes for "ignoring" too, just like when Hitler went on his madness and killed millions of Jews and invaded dozens of European countries before he was taken seriously, Rwanda (AKA the movie Hotel Rwanda), Saddam Hussein.

Kinda makes you realize how awful things can be, how awful they have been and how awful they still are. This is to horrible for words.

@JACENZ yess because if it was someone without a Cambodian male accent.. it would be proper video on Cambodia's genocide, right?
Lollllll for sure bro.
"This is a short montage about the Killing Fields. It is a reminder of the past, that will never to be repeated again". What about North Korea? There are echos of Tuol Sleng and Auschwitz being continuously reported, torture, starving children, rape, cannibalism, murder are happening across the country at secret concentration camps controlled by the state. Kim Yong Il is the new Pol Pot, and the longer we ignore it, the worse it will get! See documentary: 'CHILDREN OF THE SECRET STATE'.
