Always happy to see folks shooting and learning how to shoot, especially young folks. I think Highpower rifle is the best way to learn how to shoot a rifle that there is.

The shooter in the black hat clearly closed his bolt before sitting, no sound lag there!!

That's what I thought too, but u can see guys reaching around and closing their bolts while not yet sitting.

This would be a good viddeo, except for the fact that I saw several competitors close their bolts BEFORE getting into position. If this was an NRA or CMP match then it was a rule violation. Either way it is a violation of common range safety guidelines.

No rule or safety violations. for some reason the sound isn't synched with the images. There's a lag. If you pay real close attention you can see brass flying a second or so after you hear the shot.
