im not sure about the front open differential, as you can see the outer wheel doesnt spin. 3 imprezas also did a donut and i noticed that their outer front wheel also doesnt spin, so i guess its ok like that..

RC/CS celicas and very few non-RC st185 (alltracs) from europe and japan have the Torsen LSD, i checked myself, its there :) it`s also in some AUDI 4x4. its the best mechanical differential as it brings power to the wheel that has more traction (slips less), so torque is put down to the maximum level all the time. if one wheel is spinning e.g. one on gravel, other on tarmac then the wheel on tarmac gets 75% of propellershaft torque.
