stupid canadians, can only fight, could never win a game without dirty play and fighting. stuuuuupid canucks bullies, dirty play is the only thing you are good at. take away all your fighting and you are nothing in hockey. you are loosers, suckers, try to compensate lack of skills with fighting but the whole world saw what you really were - a gang of gorillas, like swedes called you.

For years USSR's Olympic team was beating our own Olympic teams (CDN & US) because most of our good players would get drafted in the NHL's farm teams loosing their "amateur" status while the Soviet had "amateur" status even if all they did year round was to play hockey, have retirement benefits, etc. They finally accepted our challenge & the was was on. Every Canadian was in front of the TV even in our schools for the games in USSR. National pride was at stake, it was an unbelievable time.

Canada is the best in the world at hockey. If you put together all time best teams for every country, Canada would win every game. Gretzky, Lemieux, Orr, and Howe are the 4 best players ever. Kharlamov and every other Russian WISHES he could be on their level! Can't handle the truth? Call the wambulance and cry some more!

my dad told me that he was pulled out of school to see the series he only say game 7 and 8 though the rest of the time was scared sh!tless in moscow so many soviet militia with the ak-47s
