  • This helped me alot thanks! (:

  • Hi do you have any exersices for the quads. I been having problem doing long amis coz my quads starts to burn.

  • I've been searching for a video that slows it way down so I can get the steps. I want to learn so badly. Can you go into it even more? Thank you

  • @loketahiti ok thank you for your tips. :D

  • @anira409 yes, kinda.... but you don't want to be "jerkey" when you straighten your knees, and try not to think about it like totally "straightening" your knees bc the knees should ALWAYS stay bent while you are doing the moves.

  • @loketahiti thank you. when the hips push to the left, the left leg will be straight, the right leg bent. But when you push to the front both knees will bent right?

  • @Tahitia30 Hi! Sorry, it's live drumming :-( but I am trying to get some tracks recorded right now, so I'll let you know when they are available. Thanks for watching! :)

  • @TigreCorazon This is live drumming, but you can rip it off youtube if you have a mp3 converter. I'm currently in the process of having drum beats recorded so when I do I can let you know. It does help to have slow beats to practice to.

  • @anira409 the hips rotate and the knees follow. Keeping your knees bent and staying there the whole time will ensure you're able to rotate your hips with more ease.

  • does she rotate bending her legs alternatively when she twist in circle?
