actually he some how sees into the future and shots the beast, realizes its a mistake, and then he stops himself before shooting it and walks away

okay...the band is a bunch of hunters in the video and they are hunting in the forest. the rat things tell the hunters that a beast is attacking taking over their land or something which was a lie. the hunters go off to fight the beast and the lead singer shoots an arrow at him. he goes up and holds the arrow and realizes that he shouldn't have shot him because the beast had a wife and a kid. he was only in the forest because he had a fight with his wife and he died. :(
