...the sound was just a sine wave with an amplitude envelope (running in matlab's simulink)... dead easy to make in any audio program!
-
What was the audio source? I am looking to synthesize the same sound if possible.

I FUCKING LOVE THE SOUND!!

Check RHYTHMTANDEM for another drum invention.

scalability and adaptability. just THINK.

potentiometer would make a cool WAHHHH WAHHHHHH sound im sure if you added one into the device. maybe if you top'd out the pot w/ a recitifer could trigger a capacitor drain to give the wahhhh sound a fade? short on characters to explain more. but great work! 5 stars!

i was gunna go 2 reading. not now though.
question, when i went 2 the open day, there was a thing where u could put ur thumb and for fingure in a hold, and move them to pick up virtual objects on a screen. objects would feel solid virtually. any idea if there is a video of that on here? send a PM if you could. cheers

That's truly incredible... Does it feel like a real drum?

Almost. It's a little bit softer, but you get the same amount of force back as a real drum. Also you can feel the vibrations on the skin in the same way as a real drum.
