I dont belive in spirits and stuff like that.But for some reason i sleeped very badly.I was always tired on the morning.Than i turned my bed 90 degreese and it has helped seryousli ALOT!I dont feel tired anymore in the morning and i feel that i have much more energy.This is kinda scary :D!I realy recomend trying it out.Its not that hard to test one night in another direction!(Im sorry for my bad english but i hope you got my point ;)...)
