21 days into my 90 day challenge, I have had some setbacks, and some amazing breakthroughs. The key is to look for ways to succeed even when you have setbacks. I have lost 15 lbs and now am working on toning up and bulding up muscle. Its also 9.9.9 today so I am going to be working from a new place each day for at least a week just to add some spice and variety into my day!
I like the color when you are outside. Thanks for the update. Looks like you are on top of your challenge and you inspire me.
