Flash Floods in Dubai

25.03.09 Flash floods and a hail storm rushed Dubai, in only 1 hour. It started raining at 8pm and one hour later the roads were flooded and some buildings were damaged from the huge hail storms.
This video shows how unprepared a region such as Dubai is for such drastic climate changes.
It used to rain only 4 days a year, now with all the new greenery for all these different projects it rains 25 days a year.
