    thanks for your videos. I'm hoping to get at least a Bachelors in Global Economics and go back to Bangladesh and see if I can fix some of the problems.

    Any advice would be appreciated.

  • Of course, public spending isn't the only thing voters look at. The shape isn't so much a bell curve on a single axis, as it is a bell shape sitting on top of a Nolan chart. This means that even median voters on one axis can still be marginalized on the other, compounding the problem.
