This Cintas truck driver feels that one thing that is nice about working at Cintas as opposed to working at a union shop is the direct line of communication everyone has within the company. She states that she does not have to go to a union steward to say "hey I have a problem with my boss", she can just go directly up to her boss and tell him/her that she has a problem with them and it is usually taken care of.
