The Politics of Misconduct Part II -- Malicious Prosecution, or Cover-Up? -

You Tube number 5 contain clips from interviews done with Dateline, and well as from Court T.V., regarding the parental rights trial of Deborah. The use of these clips from Court T.V. and Dateline falls under 'Fair Use" 17 USC 107 and done for educational purpose. The Town Hall Meeting with Prosecutor David Morse was a public meeting filmed by an acquaintance of Deborah who gave her a copy of the public meeting.

The lack of ethics and conscience by the court and their entanglement with county leadership and political friendships endangers the safety of families, children and puts in peril personal welfare of anyone who falls under their shadow. This has not only harmed us, but threatens all of the counties citizens and can have an impact on our nation.

You Tube number 5 was created as a response, after "The Politics of Misconduct in Livingston County Michigan and It's Courts -- Political Corruption?" was viewed in Livingston County and friends of the prosecutors stated the prosecutions office had done nothing wrong and defending the actions of Suzanna Geddis, David Morse and the Livingston County Courts. It also gives copies of the missing court documents which carry G.Scott Romney's name, as well as the links to a Russian owned business, several of Mitt Romney's 2088 advisers also are connected to.

Scott Romney has represented GMAC as their attorney in the past. The mortgage to the home was held by GMAC.

The house was foreclosed on, on 1/26/10, and on 1/29/2010 notice was given, the real estate agent selected is Julie Fischer, the former Sister-in-law to DavidT.Fischer, who is mentioned in You Tube number 3, and was on MItt Romney's 2008 presidential staff, as his major bundler.
Also attorney Steven Jentzen ( in You Tube number 3) has plates on his car, from Fischer Honda -- the dealership Richard Fisher owns in Ypsilanti.

Family and friendship conflicts of interest, run through Michigan's Livingston County Court, -- and also the county. Is it any wonder, considering how decisions are made, the counties children are at risk?

"I never saw", "I never read", "I did not read" and on, and on and on..... sounds like someone testifying in a corruption probe who doesn't want to be outed.

audio portions from time to time of Prosecutor Morse statements, my son's statements on his father taking him to the Methodist Church where his father met with someone and a recording of a voice message from the Livingston County court have been made un-audioable by someone or other than me, if this happens when viewing the You Tube post a note that these sections are missing.

Want gossip and slander? Watch this video. Who goes out of their way to make this junk, and why? Horribly organized, slow to the point, and malicious. I doubt Jesus would make this video, and I doubt Jesus would cast a stone like this video editor.

@prioritiesUSAction -- no gossip, I doubt Jesus would be happy with the people who destroyed this woman's children by mis-using them to set their mom up, and set Debbie up on false charges. The charges were false, the police report was false and the prosecutor raised the charges illegally. The Trooper lied in his police report, and that is why he had no photographs. Jesus would more than likely turn the money changers tables over, who were behind the false charges.
