it sounds something like electromagnetic waves from a near by star are interacting with the energy systems in cybertron making that erie 1950's era ambience... i think its cool

Great to see an update on this. This project looked so nice off the bat that I had to give myself a go at it. Even if I'm just keeping it as the planet Cybertron. Probably won't have as much scratch-building in it as yours, but hey. If I could just get mine to look half as good as yours, I'd be thrilled.
But yeah, awesome going so far. You probably have some work to do for the 'bot mode, but I can't wait to see this painted.
