YouTube kinda ruined the quality.. : /

A young man is forced to live a purgatory life style, hooked up to an electronic vein. His breathing, and heartbeat regulated by a computer which shocks him when it feels vital. His mind surrounds us as we see what happens when someone who has many intriguing thoughts, is pushed to his limit.

  • Nice vid mate, nice colour palate and some great composition - if you deinterlace your edit before exporting, it should stop those little lines on fast moving objects, although it will soften your footage a tiny bit although this can make it look more 'film like'. My other suggestion for this would be to stick some black bars top and bottom effectively re framing it at 2.35:1 as it already looks pretty cinematic, re framing it will give it mare of a movie feel. All IMHO. Cheers. J

  • Thank you for the great comment! I will try the deinterlace on my next edit. If I film it in widescreen, will that automatically put the black bars on top?

  • No - it just smoothes the footage you have, doesn't affect the aspect ratio. You can either stick some black bars on with a solid black layer that you crop, or just crop it on the export. J
