Silent Dance Party (United Way) at Rosa Park Circle

The Heart of West Michigan United Way invited people to a dance in downtown Grand Rapids Friday, but the event had no band, disc jockey, or radio.

Instead, people were asked to bring their own MP3 players and headphones so they could dance to their own music.

The "Silent Dance Party" at Rosa Parks Circle was offered as a way for young adults to interact and learn how to become involved in the United Way.
