use violence against bullies if you lose your job try to find another one, but take the bullies head of if you have to kill their family members and their baby children that will make the bullies pay big time

Finally a well informed professional! I was bullied for a year during an 18 month employment. The last day before quitting, I said to myself "better unemployed than risking my mental health" What an inept will tell you is to reason with the bully, be positive, teach others how to treat you bla bla bla. They obviously NEVER had to go through this scarring experience. What you succeeded in doing is point out that bullies are disturbed beings who torment and exert power over an innocent person. <3

I accept that some bullies are in hiding - messing up people's lives. However, those who are known should be named and shamed. That way we make an example that makes those in hiding think twice. We also need to address this at every level. We need mentors inside and outside the company so that those being bullied can find someone to stand along side them. We need to address this urgently.

I agree - I think bullies should be named and shamed. That is the one thing they don't like. They gain power from silence. It's about time everyone who is being bullied name and shamed those who are bullying them and if their company refuse to do anything, that company should be named and shamed.

excellent video
HR and Managers have everything to answer for. The company is liable for enforcing their own Policies !!!!
Bullies MUST BE OUTTED AND SHAMED. It is time companies started supporting the victims, and enforcing their own policies.
In Australia, a recent FED COURT ruled that Company Polices can be enforced by law, a guy got $500,000 pay out in bullying case.
