Moeller is Germanic informal, the right hand isn't Germanic here. The left hand flies back which is great.

Chapin didn't teach the free stroke, it's not part of the Moeller system. 'Stop at the top' is not the same as 'free stroke'.

Stick flat in matched upstroke, shoulders relaxed.

  • Since i watched this vid i've been using this as a part of warm up exercise's that i do and find it very helpfull. Nicely demonstrated (no need to talk here) actions speak louder than words springs to mind. Thanks man.
